Digital Brand Identity Manual (DBIM 3.0) and
GIGW 3.0 Certification Framework
Project Overview
NetCreativeMind Technologies Pvt. Ltd. collaborated with the National Informatics Centre(NIC) to design and develop the Digital Brand Identity Manual (DBIM 3.0) and to assist in the implementation and certification of the GIGW (Guidelines for Indian Government Websites and Apps) 3.0 framework.
The project’s objective was to standardize digital branding and ensure compliance across all government web and mobile platforms — enabling a unified, accessible, and citizencentric digital experience under the Digital India mission.
This initiative supports ministries, departments, and public organizations in onboarding and migrating their websites to NIC’s new compliance-driven ecosystem, ensuring alignment with usability, accessibility, security, and design consistency as per GIGW 3.0 standards.
